Blog objectives
This blog is a hub for conversation about the issue of violence against women, the White Ribbon Campaign and the positive role of men in preventing violence against women. This blog aims to raise engagement of men and women talking about these issues. It is also our intention to ensure this blog causes no harm or offence to women or to men.

Comments Policy
The issue of violence against women can be a very triggering, personal and sometimes divisive one. The White Ribbon Team endeavours to make this blog a safe space for all. Therefore, out of respect for all of our readers and contributors, all comments are moderated by the White Ribbon Team at our discretion. Comments will be moderated and posted as quickly as possible, but please be aware that we are a small team working from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday, and it may take us a bit longer to publish your comment.

Dos and Don’ts for commenting on this blog
Do

  • Share your thoughts, ideas and different points of view in the comments
  • Support your point of view with evidence or research
  • Interact respectfully with the author and with other commenters – this is a conversation
